Crisp It!

Do you love crisp salad greens as much as I do?  Here’s all you have to do and your lettuce and your grapes will be so crisp!

Wash your produce shaking off the excess water.  Leave a little water on it.

Fold a paper towel in half (to make it more absorbent) and insert it into a gallon-size ZipLock baggie.

Insert your lettuce or grapes in the baggie.  Press as much air as you can out without crushing the produce.

Seal the baggie and put it in the refrigerator.

Voila!  Crisp produce!
