Freezer Storage of Baked Goods

When I bake, I bake in large quantities and then freeze the items for future use.  With 32 grandchildren, baked goods come in handy when they are visiting.  Not only that, it allows me to have baked goods on hand when I need a gift to give someone.  I got tired of cutting wax paper to layer the goodies I was making and because I like to stack my baked goods in Tupperware or other similar containers, I went to TAP plastics in our area and got a sheet of plastic.  I cut out appropriate shapes for the containers I’m using (round and rectangle). Now I can layer several layers of muffins, cupcakes, cookies or whatever in those containers and the items freeze beautifully.  I just wash the plastic sheets, store them with my baking items and reuse them.
