No More Grease Down the Kitchen Sink!

When you need to drain grease from meat you’ve cooked (hamburger, sausage etc.)  line a colander with three layers of paper towels.  Scrape your cooked meat into the colander and let the paper towels absorb the grease.  Shake the meat
